Statement of Qualifications THE ORGANIZATION
West End Electric Co., Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. The corporation was founded by Mr. Ralph J. Yuenger, in 1924. Miles Ferguson, now President, and Granddaughter of the founder, Dina Fraulini, now Vice president, Secretary, & treasurer; head this organization with a permanent staff with over 100 years of combined experience. Quality personnel, tools, and equipment enable this company to use the most efficient methods of construction to complete commercial, institutional, residential, and industrial projects. Our main goal is to serve the needs of our clients in the most professional and competent manner possible. West End Electric Co., Inc. operates out of a 4-story brick building located at 640 - Second Street, Portsmouth, Ohio. With 30,000 square feet of warehouse and office space; complete with loading docks and freight elevators. Key Personnel: Miles Ferguson - President, with 30-years experience in the trade. Completed the Electrical Apprenticeship Program Worked as Electrician, Foreman, General Foreman, and Estimator before becoming President Dina Fraulini - Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer. 23-years experience in the business. Obtained a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University Of Kentucky, in 1984. Worked as Secretary and Office Manager before becoming Vice President. Dennis Beekman - Estimator, with 26-years experience in the trade. Completed the Electrical Apprenticeship Program. Worked as Electrician & Foreman before becoming the Estimator. Chris Bledsoe - Material & Equipment Expeditor, with 12-years experience in the trade. Prudy Copas - Office Secretary, with 13-years experience. Our trained and experienced Electricians are referred out of IBEW Local 575, Portsmouth, Ohio. Our Apprentice Electricians are enrolled in the IBEW NECA Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program, which is a five year program consisting of 180-hours of classroom training per year; as well as on the job training. |
